Job Responsibilities for Driller:
- Must have experience with operating IMT, Soil Mec, & Mait Drill Rigs
- Mobilization in setting up drill sites
- Prepare daily reports, oversee quality & safety
- Perform and document daily pre-shift inspections
- Must understand the nature of foundation drilling and be able to drill in difficult environments and in all soil types
- Must have a complete knowledge of mechanics as related to drill rigs.
- Ability to communicate with and supervise employees working on the drill site
- Previous experience of at least 3 years as a driller
Qualifications
- Pass a drug screen
- Have a good driving record (must have a valid CDL)
- Be able to lift 100 pounds repetitively
- Be able to crawl, squat, carry materials for an extensive period of time
- Be willing to work in remote locations and adverse weather conditions
- Be able to work as many as 12-14 hour days
